world class national parks, deep red gorges and ice blue waterfalls

Engulfed by a 2.5 billion year old landscape, the rugged Pilbara offers three world class national parks, including Rudall River and Karijini - regarded as one of Australia's most stunning natural assets.

Karijini is a tapestry of deep red gorges, secluded emerald rock pools and ice blue waterfalls. The Fortescue Falls showcases two waterfalls cascade into Fern Pool - a permanent swimming hole surrounded by lush vegetation.

Outback Exploration, ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE ADVENTURE

For Four wheel drive adventurers, the Canning Stock Route offers some of the most rugged outback driving.

Nearby Port Hedland is Australia's warmest town - Marble Bar, which offers a majestic architectural heritage adventure.

Beat Medical

Ancient Aboriginal Art, endless marine adventures

The ancient Pilbara boasts more rock art than anywhere in the world. Along the Burrup Peninsula near Dampier, you'll find thousands of spectacular ancient Aboriginal rock carvings.

Sheltered bays along the Dampier coast cradle clean, empty beaches leading into cool coral grounds for snorkelling at its best.

For fishing and diving adventures, head for one of the many coastal towns such as Karratha and join a boat trip to the Buccaneer Archipelago or Rowley Shoals Islands.
